Take a half-day guided tour of absinthe’s heritage. This package includes 6 absinthe tastings, with visits to distilleries, artisans, a fountain, absinthe fields and the drying room. A snack is provided along the way. Accompanied by your guide, the history and heritage of the region will no longer hold any secrets for you at the end of this half-day tour!
Morning tour – in French
- Meet at 9:30 am at the Persoz Distillery in Couvet.
- Ends at 1.30pm in Boveresse.
Afternoon visit – in German
- Meet at 1:30 pm at the Distillerie Persoz in Couvet.
- Ends at 5.30pm in Boveresse.

On this immersive half-day guided tour in a private minibus, immerse yourself in secret, little-known places linked to absinthe production in Val-de-Travers. Encounters with original personalities from the world of the green fairy, tastings and an aperitif dinner at the end of the tour.
