The séchoir à absinthe
Visit the séchoir à absinthe (Boveresse)
An emblematic building dating back to 1893, the Boveresse absinthe drying house bears witness to the traditional methods used to dry the plants used to make absinthe. It houses a collection of farming tools and objects linked to absinthe cultivation, enriched by a multilingual educational trail.

The Fontaine froide
Apéritif at the Fontaine froide (Creux du Van)
La Fontaine Froide, a natural spring nestled in the heart of the Creux du Van, offers hikers a refreshing break. On the occasion of Absinthe en fête, an exceptional absinthe tasting is offered at 3pm, in the unique setting of this natural cirque in the Neuchâtel Jura. Please note: it’s a 30-minute walk up a steep forest path from La Ferme Robert.

Festive evening in Môtiers
Bar, food trucks and concert at Parc Girardier in Môtiers (NE)
To round off this year’s Absinthe en fête in style, the Girardier park in Môtiers will be the setting for a festive and resolutely convivial evening from 6 pm onwards! Enthusiasts and distillers alike will gather around an absinthe bar, food trucks and a lively musical program.
6 p.m. : Indian Boogie (Acoustic Blues)
Through personal reinterpretations and a few compositions, INDIAN BOOGIE captures the emotional power and energy of the blues pioneers, as well as the incredible originality and diversity of a repertoire that has had a profound impact on the music we listen to today.

This ceremonial occasion is an opportunity to thank the partners who have made the event possible, to present future Absinthe en Fête projects, and to honor those who promote absinthe along the Route de l’Absinthe – notably the Association Les Amis du Musée de Pontarlier.

Behind the decks, DJ Loca takes you on a musical journey through the generations, from the 80s to the present day.
